Available Positions:

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Production Operators (Multiple Positions):

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various machinery involved in the edge banding production process, including laminating machines, cutting machines, and finishing equipment.
Ensure the quality of the produced edge banding meets the required standards.
Monitor and maintain the efficiency of the production line.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. On-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

2. Quality Control Inspectors:

Responsibilities:
Inspect finished edge banding products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
Collaborate with production operators to address quality issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent visual acuity.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3. Maintenance Technicians:

Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on all production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all machinery.
Document all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Technical school diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience in maintaining industrial machinery is essential.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Warehouse Personnel:

Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and distribute finished edge banding products.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
