Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, primarily furniture manufacturers and importers. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and Developing New Business: Identifying and contacting potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and direct outreach. This will involve researching the market, understanding client needs, and presenting compelling proposals.
Managing Existing Accounts: Building strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their ongoing needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. This will include regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and anticipating future requirements.
Negotiating and Closing Deals: Successfully negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. This will require excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of pricing and costing.
Order Management: Managing the entire order process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. This will involve close collaboration with our production and logistics teams.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and providing regular reports on sales performance and market insights. This will contribute to strategic planning and business development.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
