Currently, we have openings for the following positions:

1. Production Line Operators (Multiple Positions):

We are seeking reliable and diligent individuals to operate and maintain our high-speed edge banding machines. Responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring edge banding machines to ensure consistent quality and output.
Performing quality checks on finished products.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following all safety regulations and procedures.
Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions.
Working efficiently to meet production targets.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required (on-the-job training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.

2. Quality Control Inspectors:

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to inspect finished edge banding for defects and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:
Visually inspecting edge banding for imperfections such as scratches, chips, and color inconsistencies.
Measuring edge banding to ensure accurate dimensions.
Documenting inspection findings.
Identifying and reporting quality issues to supervisors.
Assisting in implementing quality control improvements.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Sharp eyesight and attention to detail.
Experience in quality control is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

3. Maintenance Technicians:

We need experienced maintenance technicians to maintain and repair our sophisticated edge banding machinery. Responsibilities include:
Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshooting and repairing machine malfunctions.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Ordering and managing spare parts.
Working with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operation of the factory.

Requirements:
Vocational training or equivalent experience in mechanical maintenance.
Experience with industrial machinery is essential.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Warehouse Workers:

We are seeking hardworking individuals to assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping our products. Responsibilities include:
Unloading and loading materials using forklifts and other equipment (training provided).
Organizing and maintaining the warehouse.
Picking and packing orders.
Maintaining accurate inventory records.
Following all safety procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid forklift certification is a plus.
