As an extrusion operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the consistent and efficient manufacturing of edge banding. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining extrusion machinery, including monitoring temperatures, pressures, and speeds.
Ensuring the quality of the extruded edge banding by adhering to strict quality control standards and performing regular inspections.
Identifying and resolving minor equipment malfunctions and reporting major issues to supervisors.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations and procedures.
Participating in preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
Accurately recording production data and reporting any discrepancies.
Assisting in the setup and changeover of extrusion lines for different edge banding profiles and colors.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental protection.
Continuously improving production processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plastics processing or a related field is preferred.
