Available Positions:

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Extrusion Machine Operators: We are seeking experienced extrusion machine operators with a proven track record in operating high-speed extrusion lines. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment; monitoring production parameters; ensuring product quality; troubleshooting equipment malfunctions; and performing routine maintenance tasks. Candidates should possess strong mechanical aptitude, be detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team environment. Experience with PVC, ABS, or melamine extrusion is highly preferred.
Extrusion Technicians: We require skilled extrusion technicians responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of extrusion equipment. This includes diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; performing routine maintenance tasks; optimizing machine performance; and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of extrusion processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with PLC controls and other automated systems. Experience with PVC, ABS, or melamine extrusion is essential.
Quality Control Inspectors: We are also seeking experienced quality control inspectors to ensure the consistent high quality of our edge banding products. Responsibilities include inspecting finished goods for defects; conducting routine quality checks during the production process; maintaining accurate records; and identifying and reporting any quality issues to management. Candidates should possess keen attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with quality control procedures and ISO standards is preferred.

Qualifications and Requirements:

All applicants should possess the following:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a related field is a plus.
Proven work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
For Extrusion Technicians, knowledge of PLC programming and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is essential.
