We are currently recruiting for the following positions within our extrusion department:

1. Extrusion Machine Operators:

As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art extrusion lines. Your duties will include:
Setting up and operating extrusion machines according to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitoring the extrusion process, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure consistent product quality.
Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring adherence to specifications.
Maintaining clean and organized work areas, adhering to all safety regulations.
Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
Recording production data and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in extrusion operations is preferred, but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus.

2. Extrusion Technicians:

As an Extrusion Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our extrusion machinery. Your duties will include:
Performing preventative maintenance on extrusion equipment according to established schedules.
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in extrusion machinery.
Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks.
Implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Working closely with machine operators to address operational issues.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Staying up-to-date with the latest extrusion technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
Technical school diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, plastics technology).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in extrusion maintenance and repair is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with PLC programming is a significant advantage.
