Available Positions:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators:

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled operators for our various edge banding machines. Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of the entire edge banding process, including material handling, machine setup, operation, and quality control. Specific skills and responsibilities include:
Operating various edge banding machines, including automatic and semi-automatic models.
Setting up machines according to specifications, including adjusting speed, pressure, and temperature.
Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent quality.
Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Experience with PVC, ABS, Melamine, and other common edge banding materials is preferred.

2. Skilled Laborers:

We also require skilled laborers to assist in various aspects of the production process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Material handling – loading and unloading materials, stocking supplies.
Assisting machine operators with tasks as needed.
Quality control – inspecting finished products for defects.
