Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining the UV printing edge banding machine, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Setting up the machine according to job specifications, including adjusting pressure, speed, and temperature settings.
Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper alignment and feeding of the edge banding.
Monitoring the quality of the printed edge banding, identifying and correcting any defects or inconsistencies.
Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
Troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment malfunctions, reporting major issues to the supervisor immediately.
Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on daily output.
Adhering to strict quality control standards, ensuring all products meet company specifications.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and productive environment.
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the latest industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating UV printing edge banding machines in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to consistently produce high-quality edge banding with minimal defects.
Thorough understanding of UV printing technology and its application in edge banding.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving common machine malfunctions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
