Job Responsibilities:

As a Granulation Master, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Material Handling and Preparation: Overseeing the efficient handling and preparation of raw materials, ensuring proper storage and preventing contamination.
Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operating and maintaining various granulation machines, including troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks throughout the granulation process, adhering to stringent quality control standards, and identifying and addressing any defects promptly.
Production Optimization: Continuously seeking ways to optimize the granulation process, increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall productivity.
Data Recording and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of production output, material usage, and any quality control issues, and providing regular reports to the production supervisor.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other production personnel to ensure seamless operation.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in plastics granulation, with proven expertise in operating and maintaining various granulation machines.
