Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative at our Liaoning factory, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including furniture manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals in a timely and efficient manner.
Managing the sales process from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Accurately forecasting sales and managing sales pipelines.
Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Participating in industry trade shows and events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
Collaborating effectively with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong understanding of the furniture manufacturing process and edge banding applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential. English proficiency is a significant advantage.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel domestically within China.
