Available Positions:

We currently have openings for the following positions:

1. Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators:

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various edge banding machines, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality output.
Monitor the quality of the finished product, identifying and addressing any defects promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Work effectively within a team environment to meet production targets.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Experience with different types of edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, Melamine, etc.) is highly desirable.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating edge banding machines in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with quality control procedures.

2. Quality Control Inspectors:

Responsibilities:
Inspect finished edge banding products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Utilize various quality control tools and techniques.
Document inspection findings accurately and efficiently.
Communicate quality issues to relevant personnel.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes.

Requirements:
Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

3. Production Assistants:
