About the Role:

As an Edge Banding Printing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the consistent high quality of our printed edge banding. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining various printing machines, including screen printing, digital printing, and potentially other specialized equipment. Experience with different printing techniques is highly valued.
Preparing printing materials, including inks, solvents, and substrates. Understanding of ink mixing and color matching is essential.
Setting up and adjusting printing machines to achieve optimal print quality, ensuring consistent color accuracy and sharp image reproduction.
Performing regular quality checks throughout the printing process, identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies promptly.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing basic maintenance as needed.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth production workflow.
Monitoring ink levels and ordering supplies as required.
Adhering to strict quality control standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Working efficiently and meeting production targets within deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in edge banding printing or a related field. Experience with PVC, ABS, and other common edge banding materials is preferred.
Proven ability to operate and maintain various printing machines, including screen printing and digital printing equipment.
Strong understanding of color theory and color matching techniques.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving printing issues.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
