We are currently recruiting for several positions, including but not limited to:
Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators: We are looking for experienced machine operators with a proven track record of operating high-speed edge banding machines. Candidates should be familiar with various edge banding materials, including PVC, ABS, melamine, and wood veneer. Proficiency in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and maintaining optimal machine performance is essential. Experience with quality control procedures is a plus. A strong understanding of safety regulations within a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Skilled Laborers/Production Assistants: We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with various production tasks, including material handling, quality inspection, and packaging. While prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, we are also willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team is crucial.
Quality Control Inspectors: We need meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to inspect finished edge banding strips for defects. Candidates should possess excellent visual acuity and a strong understanding of quality control standards. Experience with using measuring instruments and documenting inspection findings is a plus. A commitment to maintaining high quality standards is essential.
Maintenance Technicians: We are looking for experienced maintenance technicians to maintain and repair our edge banding machinery. Candidates should be proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience is essential. Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus.
Warehouse Personnel: We are seeking individuals to assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing edge banding materials. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; we are willing to provide training for qualified candidates. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
