Current Job Openings:

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Production Manager:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, experience in managing a large production team, and a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities will include production planning, scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience in the edge banding industry is highly preferred.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the furniture or related manufacturing industry.
Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Quality Control Inspector:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, identifying and reporting any defects, and ensuring compliance with our quality control procedures. Prior experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the furniture or related manufacturing industry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and documentation.

3. Machine Operators:

We require experienced machine operators to work on various pieces of equipment involved in the edge banding production process. Candidates should have experience operating machinery such as cutting machines, gluing machines, and finishing machines. Training will be provided on specific equipment used in our facility. A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

4. Warehouse and Logistics Staff:

We are looking for reliable and organized individuals to assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of finished goods. Responsibilities will involve managing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Valid forklift license (preferred).
