About the Role:

As an Edge Banding Printing Master at our factory, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent production of high-quality printed edge banding. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Setting up and operating advanced printing machinery: This includes a range of sophisticated equipment, from screen printing machines to digital printing presses. A deep understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting is essential.
Preparing print materials: This involves accurately mixing inks, preparing substrates, and ensuring the correct alignment of designs and patterns for flawless printing.
Quality control: Performing meticulous quality checks throughout the printing process, ensuring adherence to strict standards and identifying any defects promptly. You will be responsible for ensuring the color accuracy, print registration, and overall visual appeal of the finished product.
Maintaining printing equipment: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on the printing machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Proactive identification of potential issues is crucial.
Working with design specifications: Interpreting design briefs and technical drawings to accurately reproduce designs onto the edge banding materials. Attention to detail is paramount.
