As a Clamp Operator at Zhongshan Edge Banding Strip Factory, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Operating and maintaining various types of clamping machinery used in the edge banding process, including automated and semi-automated systems. This will involve ensuring proper setup, operation, and adjustments to achieve optimal clamping pressure and alignment.
Loading and unloading materials onto the clamping machinery, ensuring accurate placement and efficient workflow. This includes handling various sizes and types of edge banding strips and furniture components.
Monitoring the quality of the clamped edges, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Performing routine maintenance checks on the clamping machinery, identifying and reporting any necessary repairs or replacements. Preventive maintenance is crucial to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Safety is paramount in our factory, and we expect all employees to prioritize safety in their daily work.
Collaborating effectively with other team members, including machine operators, quality control inspectors, and supervisors, to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience operating industrial clamping machinery, preferably within the furniture manufacturing or woodworking industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. You should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
