Job Title: Edge Banding Printing Master

Location: Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain a variety of printing machinery used in edge banding production, including but not limited to screen printing machines, digital printing machines, and pad printing machines. This includes troubleshooting malfunctions and performing routine maintenance.
Prepare printing materials, including inks, substrates, and stencils, ensuring consistent quality and color accuracy. This requires a meticulous eye for detail and a thorough understanding of color theory.
Accurately interpret and follow design specifications, ensuring that printed designs are flawlessly replicated onto the edge banding materials. This involves precise alignment and control over the printing process.
Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies promptly. This includes regular inspection of printed materials and making adjustments to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain detailed records of printing processes, materials used, and production output, contributing to efficient inventory management and production tracking.
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including production staff, designers, and quality control personnel, to ensure seamless workflow and optimal production efficiency.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the printing department.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Train and mentor junior printing staff, sharing your expertise and contributing to the development of future skilled workers.
Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies in edge banding printing, continuously seeking ways to improve our processes and product quality.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in edge banding printing, with proven expertise in operating and maintaining various types of printing machinery.
Deep understanding of color theory, ink mixing, and screen preparation techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation.
