Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Color Matching Technician is to accurately match the color of edge banding to the surface finish of the furniture components. Receiving and reviewing samples of wood and finished furniture components.
Accurately assessing the color and finish characteristics of the provided samples, including variations in grain, sheen, and texture.

Utilizing specialized color matching equipment and software to achieve precise color matches.
Performing rigorous color comparison tests under various lighting conditions.

Collaborating with the production team to ensure the consistent application of matched edge banding to the furniture components.

Qualifications and Skills:
