Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. Responsibilities will include operating and maintaining assigned equipment, ensuring consistent product quality, adhering to safety regulations, and performing basic machine maintenance. Proficiency in reading and understanding technical manuals is essential.

2. Skilled Woodworkers/Carpenters: We are seeking skilled woodworkers/carpenters to assist in the preparation of materials and the finishing touches on edge-banded products. This involves precise measurements, cutting, and shaping of wood pieces before and after the banding process. Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience with various woodworking tools are required. Experience with different wood types and finishes is a plus.
