We are currently looking to fill several key positions, including but not limited to:
Extrusion Machine Operators: Experienced operators are highly sought after. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of extrusion processes, including material handling, machine setup, quality control, and troubleshooting. Experience with PVC, ABS, PP, and other thermoplastic materials is a plus. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining extrusion machines, monitoring production quality, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
Quality Control Inspectors: Meticulous individuals with a keen eye for detail are needed to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities include inspecting finished edge banding for defects, measuring dimensions, and ensuring adherence to customer specifications. Experience with quality control procedures and measuring instruments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and report inconsistencies are crucial.
Production Line Workers: We are also looking for diligent and hardworking individuals to assist in various aspects of the production process. Responsibilities may include material handling, assisting machine operators, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and performing basic quality checks. Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we are happy to train motivated individuals.
Maintenance Technicians: Experienced maintenance technicians are needed to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and conducting repairs.
