Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery
Manage a team of production operators and ensure they meet production targets
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to specifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as manufacturing or industrial engineering
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads and develop new customer relationships
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
3+ years of experience in a sales role
Strong understanding of the furniture industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards
Identify and resolve any quality issues
Maintain quality control records and documentation
Work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions

Qualifications:
Associates degree in a related field, such as quality control or manufacturing
3+ years of experience in a quality control role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
