Job Responsibilities

Edge Banding Machine Operators
Operate and maintain edge banding machines
Apply edge banding strips to furniture components
Ensure proper adhesion and alignment
Monitor machine settings and make necessary adjustments

Quality Control Inspectors
Inspect edge banding applications for quality
Verify product dimensions and specifications
Identify and correct defects
Maintain detailed inspection records

Production Line Supervisors
Supervise production line operations
Coordinate with machine operators and quality inspectors
Ensure production targets are met
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

Edge Banding Machine Operators
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in operating edge banding machinery
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Quality Control Inspectors
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in furniture quality control or a related field
Strong understanding of industry standards

Production Line Supervisors
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision
