Lightfastness Test: The edge banding samples were exposed to UV light for 500 hours (equivalent to 2 years of sunlight exposure). No significant color change or fading was observed.
Moisture Resistance Test: The edge banding samples were immersed in water for 48 hours. No swelling, delamination, or adhesive failure was noted.
Conclusion:
Based on the inspection results, the PVC edge banding samples from Kingway Furniture Factory meet the requirements of GB/T 18580-2017 and are suitable for use in interior furniture applications.
