This Edge Banding Procurement Contract (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract") is entered into on [Date] between [Furniture Manufacturer Name], a manufacturer of furniture located at [Address], hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer", and [Edge Banding Factory Name], a manufacturer of edge banding located at [Address], hereinafter referred to as "the Seller".
