The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of edge banding production processes and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing production lines. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the entire production process from material procurement to product shipment
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Managing a team of production operators and ensuring adherence to quality standards
Collaborating with the R&D team to develop new edge banding solutions
Maintaining a safe and clean production environment
Monitoring production data to identify areas for improvement
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly and effectively

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in edge banding production
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Fluency in Mandarin and English
