Qualifications:

Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of production operations
Ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes, while maintaining high-quality standards

Manage inventory levels, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate with suppliers

Research and Development (R&D) Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop and test prototypes, analyze results, and provide technical support to production teams
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments

Qualifications:

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards
Conduct regular inspections throughout the production process, identify defects, and implement corrective actions
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant quality management systems
Provide feedback to production teams, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to continuous quality enhancement
