Position 1: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient operations
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
Train and support production team members
Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in production supervision
Strong knowledge of edge banding products and manufacturing processes

Position 2: Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in quality control inspection
Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
Understanding of edge banding products and manufacturing processes

Position 3: Production Operator

Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and perform edge banding operations
Load and unload materials from machines
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is essential
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift heavy objects
