Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine edgebanding recipes to meet specific customer requirements and industry standards.
Conduct thorough research and experimentation to optimize recipes based on raw material properties, adhesive characteristics, and application techniques.
Collaborate with production engineers and quality control specialists to ensure the seamless implementation of new recipes.
Monitor production processes and gather data to identify areas for recipe improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in edgebanding technology.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in edgebanding recipe development and optimization.
Thorough understanding of edgebanding materials, adhesives, and production processes.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
