Our esteemed furniture manufacturing establishment seeks a highly qualified and experienced Edgebanding Factory Manager to join our team and lead our cutting-edge facility. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of edgebanding technologies and a proven track record of managing a high-output production environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the edgebanding factory, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management
Oversee the operation and maintenance of edgebanding machinery and equipment
Train and supervise a team of experienced operators to ensure efficient and accurate production
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize costs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and adherence to production schedules
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in edgebanding
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet evolving customer demands

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the furniture manufacturing industry
Extensive knowledge of edgebanding materials and application techniques
Expertise in operating and maintaining state-of-the-art edgebanding machines
Proven ability to manage high-volume production environments and meet strict quality standards
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
