Job Position:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Edgebanding Printer to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art printing equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality, durable edgebanding strips.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain printing equipment, including printers, ink systems, and drying units.
Prepare and mix printing inks and adhesives according to specified formulas.
Inspect printed edgebanding strips for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Monitor and adjust printing parameters to optimize output and minimize waste.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
Follow established procedures and quality control measures to ensure product excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Edgebanding Printer in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Excellent knowledge of printing techniques, ink formulations, and substrate materials.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
Proficient in operating and maintaining printing equipment, including printers, ink systems, and drying units.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
