Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
Manage a team of production operators and ensure efficient operations
Implement and maintain production processes that meet industry best practices
Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in production management
Strong understanding of edge banding manufacturing processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new clients
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
5+ years of successful sales experience in the furniture industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of edge banding products and applications
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Conduct tests and measurements using specialized equipment
Identify defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports
Assist with process improvement and optimization

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in using measuring and inspection equipment
Understanding of edge banding manufacturing processes
