To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:

Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
Develop and implement production processes to optimize efficiency and productivity
Manage a team of production supervisors and operators
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales leads
Provide technical support to customers
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or materials science
2+ years of experience in industrial sales or a related field
Strong understanding of edgebanding products and their applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure quality
Conduct tests and measurements to assess product performance
Identify and document defects
Work with production team to resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in quality control
Familiarity with edgebanding products and manufacturing processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
