* Edgebanding Machine Setup Technician

Job Responsibilities and RequirementsEdgebanding Production Operator:
* Operate edgebanding machines to apply edgebanding to furniture components
* Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Ensure proper application and bonding of edgebanding materials
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in edgebanding production
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Edgebanding Machine Setup Technician:
* Perform setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of edgebanding machines
* Calibrate and adjust machines to meet production specifications
* Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
* Ensure machine uptime and production efficiency
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in machinery setup and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of edgebanding techniques and equipment
* Strong mechanical aptitude
Quality Inspector:
* Inspect edgebanded furniture components for defects and compliance with specifications
* Calibrate measuring and testing equipment
* Prepare and maintain quality control documentation
* Report on findings and suggest improvements
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of quality control experience in the furniture industry
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
