Responsibilities:* Supervising and directing the production of edgebanding strips, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
* Optimizing production processes, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
* Maintaining and calibrating machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime
* Managing inventory, monitoring raw materials, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain supply
* Training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Collaborating with the Quality Control department to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing edgebanding strips
