Our furniture edge banding factory is a leading manufacturer of high-quality edge banding solutions for the furniture industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Edge Banding Technician to join our team and play a key role in our production process.

Responsibilities:* Operate and maintain edge banding machines to apply edge banding tape to furniture components
* Ensure accurate alignment and proper adhesion of edge banding tape
* Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve optimal results
* Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of edge banding machines
* Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Edge Banding Technician
* Strong understanding of edge banding machines and processes
* Proficiency in machine adjustments and troubleshooting
* Excellent attention to detail and quality consciousness
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with solid wood and veneer edge banding
* Knowledge of different types of edge banding materials
* Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes
