About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced edge banding molding machines. Responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating edge banding molding machines according to production schedules
Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molding machines
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth production flow

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in operating edge banding molding machines
Knowledge of edge banding materials and processes
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
