Job Description:

As the Edge Banding Granulation Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process for edge banding granulation, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer requirements and production targets.
Managing and coordinating a team of production operators, including training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
Ensuring the smooth operation of granulation equipment, implementing maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting any issues.
Monitoring production quality, conducting regular inspections, and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
Optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Collaborating with the R&D team to develop innovative production techniques and improve product quality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the plastics or furniture industry.
Thorough knowledge of granulation processes, equipment, and materials.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
