Assistant Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement measures
Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste
Manage team performance, provide guidance and feedback

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in production management
Excellent knowledge of edgebanding machinery and processes
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
Monitor production processes and identify any deviations or defects
Conduct regular quality audits and document results
Collaborate with the Production Department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in quality control
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales and Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base
Identify and qualify potential clients
Build strong relationships with existing customers
Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical support

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
Strong understanding of the furniture industry
