ResponsibilitiesProduction Manager:
* Oversee all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
* Ensure that production meets customer specifications and deadlines
* Manage a team of production workers
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Quality Control Inspector:
* Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Identify and resolve quality issues
* Prepare and maintain quality control documentation
* Work closely with the production team to improve quality
Sales Representative:
* Generate sales leads and build relationships with customers
* Promote and sell edge banding strips and other products
* Provide technical support and advice to customers
* Negotiate prices and close deals
* Achieve sales targets
Customer Service Representative:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
* Provide support to sales representatives and other departments
* Maintain customer records and track customer satisfaction
* Identify and resolve customer complaints

QualificationsProduction Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in production management
* Strong knowledge of edge banding strip manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Quality Control Inspector:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in quality control
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales Representative:
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in sales
* Strong knowledge of the furniture and interior decoration industries
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Customer Service Representative:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple phone calls and emails simultaneously
