1. Production Supervisor

* Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficient and seamless operations
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee product excellence
* Supervise a team of skilled production staff and provide technical guidance
* Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly and effectively
* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders

2. Quality Control Inspector

* Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
* Identify and document any defects or deviations from established standards
* Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues
* Maintain detailed records of inspection results and provide feedback for process improvement
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to product quality

3. Sales Engineer

* Develop and implement customized solutions for clients' specific edge banding needs
* Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
* Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
* Perform market research and stay informed about industry trends
* Collaborate with the production team to optimize product offerings and meet customer demands

Qualifications and Experience

Production Supervisor

* Bachelor's or associate's degree in manufacturing or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing techniques
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Quality Control Inspector

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification
* 3+ years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing setting
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Sales Engineer

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in sales or customer relations in the manufacturing industry
