Job Responsibilities:
Production Technicians
Operate and maintain production machinery
Ensure the production of quality edging bands according to specifications
Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments
Quality Control Inspectors
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products
Conduct quality control tests and ensure products meet quality standards
Identify and resolve any quality issues
Sales Representatives
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Production Technicians
Technical or vocational diploma in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture or manufacturing industry
Proficient in operating and troubleshooting production machinery
Quality Control Inspectors
Technical or vocational diploma in quality control or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control in the manufacturing industry
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Sales Representatives
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the furniture or home décor industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
