Production Manager

Responsibilities:* Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
* Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget
* Manage a team of production staff
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture production management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficiency in production planning software

Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:* Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
* Ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards
* Identify and resolve quality issues promptly
* Develop and implement quality control procedures
* Maintain inspection records and report findings

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture quality control
* In-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and quality standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain relationships with customers
* Identify and qualify potential customers
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
* Negotiate and close sales
* Provide after-sales support

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in furniture sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
