We are currently looking to fill several key positions, including but not limited to: Extrusion Machine Operators, Quality Control Inspectors, Maintenance Technicians, and Production Supervisors. For Extrusion Machine Operators:

We are seeking experienced machine operators proficient in operating and maintaining extrusion machines used in the production of edge banding. Your responsibilities will include: setting up and operating extrusion lines; monitoring the quality of the finished product; adjusting machine parameters to maintain consistent quality; performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting; and maintaining a clean and organized work area. A strong understanding of extrusion processes, including material handling, temperature control, and die adjustment, is essential. Experience with different types of edge banding materials (PVC, melamine, ABS) is a significant advantage. Prior experience with specific extrusion machine brands (e.g., Kiefel, Battenfeld-Cincinnati) is a plus, but not a requirement for candidates with demonstrable skills and a willingness to learn.

For Quality Control Inspectors:

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals responsible for ensuring the quality of our finished edge banding. This includes visually inspecting products for defects, measuring dimensions, and conducting various quality tests. You will need to accurately record and report findings, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. Experience with quality control procedures and tools, including statistical process control (SPC) methods, is preferred. A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify even minor imperfections are crucial for this position.
