Available Positions:

1. Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators:

We are looking for experienced machine operators proficient in operating various edge banding machines, including but not limited to: automatic edge banding machines, hot melt glue application systems, and trimming and polishing equipment. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of edge banding processes, quality control procedures, and machine maintenance. Experience with different types of edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, melamine, etc.) is highly desirable. Responsibilities include setting up machines, operating machines to meet production targets, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operating edge banding machinery.
Strong understanding of edge banding techniques and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Entry-Level Production Workers:

We also welcome entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. These positions will involve assisting experienced machine operators, performing quality checks, and undertaking general production support tasks. On-the-job training will be provided, allowing you to develop valuable skills and knowledge within the edge banding industry.
