We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Production Line Workers

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various machinery used in the edge banding process, including gluing, trimming, and finishing equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Report any machinery malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

Experienced Machine Operators

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain advanced edge banding machinery with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
Train and mentor junior production line workers.
Maintain detailed records of production output and machine performance.
Ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating edge banding machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills (for senior operator roles).

Quality Control Inspectors

Responsibilities:
Inspect finished edge banding for defects, using appropriate measuring tools and techniques.
Document inspection results and report findings to supervisors.
Maintain accurate records of quality control data.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent visual acuity and attention to detail.
Ability to use various measuring tools accurately.
