Available Positions:

1. Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators (Multiple Positions):

We are seeking experienced edge banding machine operators with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Setting up and operating various edge banding machines, including automatic and semi-automatic models.
Maintaining consistent quality and accuracy in the edge banding process.
Monitoring machine performance and identifying potential issues.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Adhering to strict safety regulations and procedures.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
Performing quality checks on finished products.
Understanding and following work instructions and production schedules.
Assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating edge banding machines in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with various types of edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, Melamine, etc.).
Strong understanding of quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills (Mandarin Chinese is essential; English proficiency is a plus).
Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet production deadlines.

2. Edge Banding Machine Maintenance Technician:

We are also looking for a skilled maintenance technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our edge banding machinery. Responsibilities include:
Performing preventative maintenance on all edge banding machines.
Troubleshooting and repairing machine malfunctions.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Ordering and managing spare parts inventory.
Identifying and recommending improvements to machine efficiency and reliability.
Working closely with machine operators to resolve issues.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining industrial machinery, preferably in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
