Product Specifications:

This order pertains to the production of edge banding strips for fine furniture. The following specifications must be strictly adhered to:

1. Material:
Type: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Color: Walnut (RAL 8017) – Specific RAL color code must be matched precisely. A color sample has been provided and approved.
Thickness: 2 mm (±0.1mm) – Thickness tolerance is crucial for consistent application and a high-quality finish.
Width: 25 mm (±0.2mm) - Width tolerance must be maintained for optimal aesthetics and fitting.
Length: 50 meters per roll. Rolls must be tightly wound and protected against damage.
Surface Finish: High Gloss, smooth surface with minimal texture. Any imperfections, such as scratches or discoloration, are unacceptable.
Fire Retardant Properties: The PVC material must meet Class B1 fire safety standards. Certification documentation is required upon delivery.
Adhesive Type (Pre-glued): EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) hot melt adhesive, high-temperature resistance and strong bonding strength. Adhesive coverage should be consistent across the entire length of the banding.

Total meterage: 5000 meters

3. Packaging & Delivery:
Packaging: Each roll should be individually wrapped in protective plastic film to prevent scratches and dust accumulation. Rolls should then be packed securely in sturdy cardboard boxes, suitable for transport. Clear labeling with order number, customer name, and quantity per box is mandatory.
Delivery Method: Truck delivery to the customer's specified address.
Delivery Terms: EXW (Ex Works) - the customer is responsible for transportation and insurance costs.

4. Quality Control:

Our rigorous quality control procedures will ensure that all edge banding strips meet the specified requirements. This includes:
Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials will be inspected to ensure they meet the specified quality standards.
In-process Inspection: Regular inspections during the production process will monitor thickness, width, and adhesive application consistency.

5. Production Process Outline:
